Promotion marks a time of transition and transformation in children’s lives. With time and intentionality, Unity of Gainesville can partner together with families in the spiritual development of our church’s youngest congregants.

On Friday May 22, 2020 two of our brightest middle schoolers were celebrated by the southeast region as they flew up to the next level of educational and spiritual growth to high school and to our Y.O.U. chapter. These two will hold a place in history as they reach this milestone during one the world’s most challenging times. They share what it takes to make their mark in this unprecedented time, and will likely grow up faster than most and pave a path for the rest of their peers to follow. We honor Brianna Fuentes and Savannah Buck for their outstanding accomplishments and share in their family’s pride.

Elementary students that will be moving up to Uniteens and Middle School are Naomi Baran and Keein Parten. Congrats to all our youth as they navigate this unusual time in our spiritual community. We plan to celebrate in person as soon as we are able. We currently have reservations for a family picnic at Don Carter State Park on August 2. Please Mark Your Calendar.
