This month, we dedicate ourselves to loving stewardship of our health—nurturing our bodies with care, elevating our thoughts with truth, and resting securely in Your peace. Help us to listen deeply to our inner guidance, choosing small, faithful practices that align us with Your divine vitality. May we live and serve not from a place of depletion, but from the beautiful, radiant overflow of Your love.
